uniquely qualified talents of Michael Muhawi, Klaus Gernert, Tim Smith, and Donna Hardin. Their combined
backgrounds have brought over 100 years of bakery production
and marketing experience to our company.
Under the guidance of our company founder, Michael Muhawi,
The Rain Creek Baking Company has become one of the premier
specialty bakeries in the country. With its manufacturing
facility and corporate offices in Fresno, California,
and additional sales offices in Tampa Bay, Florida, Rain
Creek has created a tradition of producing the finest
quality baklava and delicious European pastries.
As a major supplier to retail bakers, supermarket bakeries,
foodservice, and gourmet specialty stores, Rain Creek
manufactures and markets hand-crafted baklava varieties,
gourmet macaroons, European strudels, elegant nut tarts
and Turtle Shells™ under the brands SinBad Sweets®,
Michael's, as well as our own Rain Creek Baking Company
brand. Our products are available in both bulk trays,
through retail bakery outlets and food service facilities,
and in retail packs for consumers, through retail food
stores.
Rain Creek's in-house sales staff and network of over
30 food brokers market our products throughout North America.
Our products are carried in every type of retail food
store imaginable - supermarkets, traditional retail bakeries,
club stores, gourmet and specialty food stores, pharmacies,
and gourmet food catalogues - to mention just a few!
Great people are only partly responsible for Rain Creek's
continuing success. We also proudly credit our uncompromising
dedication to using only the freshest and finest quality
ingredients, and our state-of-the-art production facility.
The Rain Creek facility has been specifically designed
and engineered to produce our unique assortment of products.
Much of our equipment is proprietary and of our own exclusive
design.
Of utmost importance are the rigid quality assurance programs
and food safety practices implemented at our production
